How this all works..

1. You choose a timber you like.. Anything.. All native Tassie timber

  • Huon Pine
  • Black Heart Sassafras
  • Myrtle
  • Blackwood
  • Macrocarpa 
  • Sequoia 
  • Celery Top Pine 
  • Tas Oak

Keeping in mind some timber is hard, some is soft.. They all serve a slightly different purpose. 
Lets keep it simple.. The harder for chopping, ie. Blackwood, Myrtle, Macrocarpa, Tas Oak ect. and keep the Huon for cheeses and serving.

2. Natural or straight edge
​
3. Size.. 
  • Bigger? 
  • Smallish? 
  • Something in between 
​
If I don't have the exact size.. Ill aim to be pretty close 
(Timber does have a mind of its own)

4. Nearly done.. Any Extras? 
  • Handles $10 
  • A thumb hole
  • A paddel handel
